Our Team

Canadian Horizon Capital Corp. was founded by its principal, Tracy A. Moore. Mr. Moore has over 20 years of corporate finance experience including developing and implementing strategic and finance strategies, both as a principal and as an advisor. He has operational skills as COO, CEO and CFO of private, private going public, and public companies. A number of companies he has been involved with have grown from a handful of employees to over 100 in a few short years.

Tracy A. Moore
Tracy is responsible for overall client contact and relations, project management, planning and quality control. Tracy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and worked in this capacity for an international accounting firm in restructuring and consulting positions before founding MCSI in 1990. In addition to his consulting practice, he has owned and operated a variety of businesses.

 

Jim Leung
Jim has enjoyed a successful 20 year career in professional international business with clients, contacts and projects in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. He has specialized in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, outsourcing and set up of manufacturing facilities. Jim contributes an established, trusted and proven track record that has led to numerous outstanding new business relationships and successes.

 

Marco X. Delgado
Marco has extensive international business experience including renewable energy, business process outsourcing, call centres and working closely with First Nation communities to identify and develop business opportunities. Marco until recently headed the investment division of his family business, Transnational Diversified Corporation, an Asian-based conglomerate (www.tdgworld.com) with over 12,000 employees and 35 operating companies, of which 15 are joint ventures with multinational corporations such as American Express and Nippon Yusen Kaisha. TDG is principally engaged in five industries: shipping & logistics; air and travel; information and communication technology; financial services; and real estate development. Marco holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in France.

 

Kyla L. Knowles
Kyla provides and oversees the preparation of business plans, technical reports, disclosure documents and corporate communications materials for both private and publicly-traded companies. She also provides statutory compliance and regulatory filings assistance, due diligence services and financial modeling support. Supplementary services include in-depth research of markets, industries and products in support of management decisions.

 

Sammi Li

Sammi recently graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance. She has practical business experience in China having founded, developed and operated a winery and wine bar. Sammi will help raise finances for our projects and will support senior management with research, communication and follow-ups, particularly for Chinese initiatives.
